In a ceremony at the French Embassy in Argentina, organized by the Institut Français d’Argentine (IFA), the Science Ministry (MINCyT) and with the participation of the french company TOTAL S.A., Dr. Alejandro Otero, researcher at CSC-CONICET has received the “Distinción Franco Argentina en Innovación 2017” (2017 French-Argentine Innovation Distinction) for his work entitled “Simulación computacional multiescala de viento en parques eólicos utilizando infraestructura de computo de alto desempeño”. ( Multiscale computational simulation of wind in wind parks using high performance computing).
