He received a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires in 2004. In 2010 he received his PhD in Engineering from the same institution (with Summ Cum Laude mention). Since 2012 he has been Inv. Independent of CONICET and as Associate Professor at the Faculty of Engineering of the UBA. His interests are oriented towards statistical information processing and machine learning, both from a theoretical and applied point of view in the fields of communications, smart grids and inverse problems.

Dr. Mocskos obtained his PhD in Computer Science from the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires in 2008.

He is part of the steering committee of the Latin American High Performance Computing Conference (CARLA) from where he helps to promote initiatives related to the use of these techniques in the region.

She received a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the National University of La Plata in 1993. In 1998 she received her PhD in Exact Sciences from the same institution.
He works as Inv. Independent from CONICET and as Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Exact Sciences of the UNLP.
His interests are oriented towards computational simulation and modeling of complex systems. Perform computational calculations at the atomic and molecular level using Density Functional Theory.
Research physiological signals to develop diagnostic tools and products of biomedical interest. Study fractal growths in various physical systems.
